Informations

The local tax is added to the indicated price. This is € 2.70 per day and person (from 14 years). The tax is collected on site.

To know

• Prices are valid for stays of minimum 3 days
• There is a possibility of having an extra bed or transforming the sofa into a bed.
• Children up to 3 years go free
• Dogs are well accepted, with notice. We ask 13,00 € per day without food.
• Reservations will be confirmed by mail and will only be valid after payment of the deposit on our account.
• Tourist Card included in the price.
• Linen, tableware, towels, electricity, hot water, heating, and waste are included in the price.
• In the high season reservations are preferred from Saturday to Saturday.
• We are happy to provide you with an ironing board, iron, and laundry baskets in our laundry room. The washing machine and dryer are also located there.
• Washing machine available. We ask € 7,00 for each wash.
• We charge 7.00 euros per use for the tumble dryer.
• On the day of arrival the apartment is free from 16:00.
• On the day of departure we ask to leave the apartment by 09:00. We ask you to reorder before leaving.
• The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

Our conditions in case of cancellation

Up to three months before your arrival you can cancel your stay without incurring any expenses. From three months to four weeks after arrival we calculate the price of three days stay. Four weeks before your arrival, the cost of the cancellation is between 70 and 100% of the stay. If you arrive after the arrival date or you leave before the end of your stay we calculate the full price.
