Farmer's Breakfast (all year round)

For the best start in the day!

Start your days on the farm in a relaxed way. We’ll pamper you with our bread roll service or, if you prefer, with a generous breakfast basket. The breakfast basket is available all year round in your holiday apartment or in the common room, which is open to our guests throughout the day.

Many of the products we offer for breakfast come directly from our farm. The eggs are freshly laid by our hens. For our homemade products such as tea (peppermint, individual herbs) and syrup (lemon balm), we use the blossoms of plants that grow right here on the farm. Other specialties from our farm include Kaminwurzen (smoked sausages), Bündnerfleisch (air-dried beef), homemade farmhouse bread, apple strudel, and a variety of cakes.

We also place great importance on using regional products, which include:

In addition to our farm products, our selection also includes coffee, tea, milk, cocoa, and apple juice. Every day, you can enjoy a variety of fresh breads and croissants from our local baker. To complement this, we serve butter, cold cuts and bacon, cheese, muesli, honey, hazelnut spread, as well as mixed fruit and seasonal vegetables from our garden.
